It's the start of her Course playlist, so you can just keep watching, to catch up on the first ten days. They're all bitesize tutorials, so you can do a quick 5 or 6 minute practice once a day, or you can binge them all in one go. So far she's covered Hip Taks, Hip slides (side to sides), figure 8s horizontal and vertical, hip circles... And there's still 20 days to go!
